The typical process for creating a corporate video with VISIOLAB involves several key stages:

1. Consultation and Planning: We begin with a thorough understanding of your goals and objectives, conducting collaborative consultations to outline the video's purpose, target audience, and key messaging.
2. Scripting and Storyboarding: Our team develops a compelling script and visual storyboard that aligns with your brand identity and objectives.
3. Production: We handle all aspects of video production, including filming, editing, motion graphics, and any required post-production enhancements.
4. Review and Feedback: You can review the drafts and provide feedback, ensuring the video aligns with your vision.
5. Finalization and Delivery: Upon incorporating feedback, we finalize the video and deliver it in the desired format.

The biggest chunk is usually during the pre-production, as well as revisions. Although we do have the capability to work in a tight deadline, we do recommend approximately 2 months from inception to completion.

We would reckon the employees of the company as well as the ‘red dot’ person of the company to be represented in the video. The attire depends on the company culture and target audience, but it is advisable to wear day-to-day work attire

Up to (5) five revisions, depending on the agreed package/timeline. Additional revisions would typically incur additional charges. To avoid these, we would ensure that everyone is on the same page, and all documents are signed-off before moving from one stage to the next.

We will be providing the end-product via cloud. Upon request, and subject to the project engagement, we may also provide all footage on a physical storage drive.

Our clients own the rights to the end-products produced. All resources used are typically royalty free. Although some talents or voice-over artists may charge separately if the end-product are aired or hosted on a different than the agreed platform or medium, or for more than a specific period.
